Return Policy

We offer an easy way to return, just contact us at anytime if you need to return the items, send an email to support@prophetpaintings.com or call 801-255-1982, then we will provide you with the shipping label (if needed) once we receive confirmation that you have shipped us the item from our tracking we will promptly return the money. Returns are available at any time or for any reason.

If you are not happy with your product no worries we offer a no questions asked, money back policy.

If Item is damaged in shipment just let us know and we will take care of that very quickly.

If you receive a refund or need to return an item you waive your right to leave a review on our site. Your review will promptly be removed.

 

We will be polite and friendly through the entire process. We love our customers and put people over profits.

If it is a PayPal transaction it might take 5 days to clear through the eCheck. If you paid with a credit card it should be cleared in a few days.

Reach out to us at anytime. 

The only product that is not able to be returned is the BYU poster. If you cancel before we ship we will cancel the order. However, there will be a $10 charge for canceling an order for this product.
