We at ProphetPaintings.com want to be respectful of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and their desires to correct and restore the name of the church. Even though we are not endorsed sponsored or directly affiliated with the church we are still members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
President Russell M. Nelson the current prophet of the Church has asked that we correct the errors of the past and use the full title of the church. We are trying to comply with those efforts and have changed our website and have begun trying to to remove LDS and replaced it with the full name of the church. We have removed the nickname Mormon from much of our site
We stand with President Nelson on trying to correct this and have changed most of the content on this site to reflect this.
